Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because our items are carefully handcrafted, we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your order.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • It must include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

2. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized items made to your specific measurements or unique personal requests (according to EU law OUG 34/2014, Art. 16). (Note: Standard "Made to order" items in fixed sizes like S, M, L are fully eligible for return).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at orphicbrnd@gmail.com with your order number and item name.
  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Package the item securely to avoid damage during transit.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the item.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a replacement free of charge.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Shipping fees paid on the original order (standard delivery) will be refunded; express shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
